Musical Note Leather Coaster Set

We used 12-13 oz tanned English Bridle leather for our hand pressed set of 4 Musical Note coasters.  All of our hand carved items are limited runs because the wood we etched has a limited capacity to be used on wet leather before it disintegrates. 

We are using a 12-13 oz brown tanned leather with a hint of cordovan. This specialty hide is from the US and sent to Mexico's world renown Chahin Tannery.

• Drum dyed for true dye penetration
• Strong, waxy and weather resistant with the right amount of greases and tallows
• 100% veg tanned with no harsh chemicals

English Bridle leather is vegetable tanned cowhide/steerhide that is made from the highest quality English animals and products dyed in drums. This is the absolute best leather we would consider for hand pressed leather coasters. This is top level. 

We hand carved a musical note into reclaimed guitar wood scraps leftover from  a local luthier making guitars.   Then we pressed the wood block on  leather coasters we also hand pressed out. These are entirely made from scratch in our cabin.
